We went to Houston for a few days this past weekend to meet up with my parents and sister to celebrate my mom’s big birthday. (We celebrated my dad’s big birthday (60!) in Nashville a couple years ago.)
Beer + Sun = Perfect Saturday (not too much/little beer and not too much/little sun because that would NOT have equaled a fun Saturday).
I have also dubbed this as our “9-month anniversary weekend wrap-up.” No celebrating really, just acknowledging :) Can you believe we’ve been married for 9 months already?! We can’t.
I’ve lived in San Diego for over 10 years and I’ve never been to Cabrillo National Monument. I kind of didn’t know it existed. I mean, I knew it existed, but didn’t really know what it was or that there was an actual National park (yes, I realize the name of the place has “National” in it) right up the road from us.
