London Fog Tea Latte’s.

I have another relatively new obsession… London Fog Tea Latte’s!!! You might already know about this drink, so I might be tardy to the party, but better late than never, right?! My friend, Heather, introduced me to these and I now have one every week-day morning!



I’ve never been a real big coffee drinker, but I love having something warm to drink in the morning {only Monday-Friday though… strange, I know} while I’m at work, going through emails and preparing for the day ahead of me. Maybe it’s something about being in the “corporate” world and feeling like a true successful adult with that cup o’ joe {in this case, tea} on my desk… whatever it is, I love this drink!


* Earl Grey tea (decaf or regular)
* Milk (almond milk, or whatever milk you normally drink)
* Honey
* Ground Cinnamon




1. Heat up 1 cup of water (1 minute 30 seconds)
2. Place tea bag in water and let steep for about a minute (or however long you prefer)
3. Heat up your milk, about 1 cup (1 minute 30 seconds)
4. Discard the tea bag, combine the tea and milk (I pour the tea into my portable thermos and then add the heated milk), stir in 1 tbsp. of honey and then top it off with a few shakes of ground cinnamon!


*If you’re a fancy-shmancy tea person, you can use loose leaf tea and/or steam your milk. I am no fancy-shmancy tea person… tea bags and the microwave is the way my tea gets made :)


I’ve never had almond milk prior to this new-found obsession, but it’s definitely sweeter than regular milk. I’ve made this tea latte with regular non-fat milk and I think it tastes fine… not as sweet, but none-the-less delicious. I’ll treat myself to almond milk every once in awhile {ie. when it’s on sale}.


I now rise with a skip in my step because I get to make this delicious beverage!

    oooh this looks yummy! i don’t like coffee either, it kind of spazzes me out. this sounds perfect ; )
